Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified and committed person for the position of Programme Coordinator for organizational ongoing Livelihoods and Education related project.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ ·       Develop and execute the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) for ensuring with project objectives and timelines.
∎ ·       Prepare logical framework as per project design including defining project goals, objectives, timelines and budget constraints.
∎ ·       Supervise project staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective project implementation and team performance.
∎ ·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at both district and national levels, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other relevant organizations.
∎ ·       Manage donor communication and relations, including proposal development, reporting, and compliance with donor requirements.
∎ ·       Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports detailing project progress, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
∎ ·       Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, identifying and addressing any financial discrepancies or risks.
∎ ·       Capability to analytical skill.
∎ ·       Action plan prepare and implement as per action plan.
∎ ·       Resource mobilization and management.
∎ ·       Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
∎ ·       Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges proactively.
∎ ·       Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant records.
∎ ·       Generate regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders to keep them informed about project status and performance.
∎ ·       Ability to decision making.
∎ ·       Ability to work under pressure.
∎ ·       Provide technical support of every staff of the projects.
∎ ·       Comprehensive Knowledge and proven successful experience in providing technical support.
∎ ·       Creating and maintaining conditions that motivate the target public;
∎ ·       Promoting participation and cooperation in the project activities;
∎ . Ability to prepare quality report both English and Bengali.
