Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily business operations across departments
- Drive internal meetings: prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables
- Liaise effectively with Sales, Technical, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage tender documentation, submission timelines, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and organize business documentation, reports, and communication records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders
- Support leadership in executing strategic plans and operational improvements
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business goals
