Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ 2–4 years of experience in 3D visualization and CAD drafting.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (or similar), V-Ray, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
∎ Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and proportions.
∎ Eye for composition, lighting, and realism in renders.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create 3D renders of interior spaces using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Lumion.
∎ Draft technical drawings and floor plans in AutoCAD.
∎ Work alongside the design team to update visuals based on feedback.
∎ Prepare presentation-ready visuals for sales and client meetings.
∎ Coordinate with the site engineer and architect for accurate detailing.
