∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ AC/ Air Conditioning Repairing, Chiller Maintenance, Technical Skills
∎ Must be capable of installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & Trouble shoot of Ac and chiller.
∎ Should have enough working experience with AC / Chiller / Cooling Tower / AHU / HVAC / ETC.
∎ Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
∎ install new AC, Insure proper Testing & Commissioning
∎ Diagnostics Ability: Skilled in identifying and troubleshooting system faults quickly and accurately.
∎ Tool Handling: Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, vacuum pumps, multimeters).
∎ Refrigerant Handling: Knowledge of safe handling, charging, and recovery of refrigerants.
∎ Training & Certification: Formal training (ITI/Diploma) and relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, safety training).
∎ Hands-on Experience: Experience with different brands and types of AC systems (split, window, VRF, duct able).
∎ Electrical Safety: Awareness of risks when working with high voltage and wiring.
∎ Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination for assembling and disassembling small parts.
∎ Able to work in challenging environments (heat, confined spaces, rooftops).

∎ Problem Solving & Adaptability: Quick Thinking: Can make effective decisions on-site under pressure. Adaptability: Able to handle unexpected issues or system types.
