∎ SSC, Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
∎ Minimum SSC. Or a Diploma or Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a relevant technical qualification is an advantage.

∎ Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
∎ Good understanding of electrical wiring, cooling systems, and refrigerants.
∎ Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
∎ Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency shifts.
∎ Honest, responsible, and a team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, maintain, and repair all types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems (split, window, central, etc.).
∎ Perform regular preventive maintenance and safety checks on HVAC systems.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units.
∎ Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guests.
∎ Maintain logs and records of repairs and maintenance work.
∎ Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
∎ Collaborate with the Engineering team on other general maintenance tasks when required.
∎ Recommend improvements or replacements when necessary.
∎ Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Hotel Sea Moon is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel, ensuring maximum guest comfort and system efficiency.
