Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have at least 08 years’ experience in the related field as marketing/ merchandising, planning and quality management. The candidate having a professional degree will be preferable.
∎ Experience Requirements (year and Field)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseas meetings on the production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality to shipment and marketing regarding merchandising issues.
∎ Liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Ensure and find the new buyer along with the development, customer satisfaction of all levels and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
∎ Reports on the owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Manages the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, Finishing and packing and delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between marketing & merchandising and supply chain management at the right path.
∎ Handled raw material procurement as required from merchandising and marketing, negotiating with supplier and logistic arrangement.
∎ Training and monitoring marketing merchandising team to achieve company’s required goals and targets.
