∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience Required 7 years + of managerial experience in Marketing and Merchandising.
∎ Capability and capacity to manage a complex business model across multiple departments within the selected customer portfolio driving $20-30M business. Experience in handling US customers preferably Ralph Lauren/ GAP/ M&S / TOMMY/CK/ VF Corporation/ Inditex/ Hema/ Lidl/ Sainsbury/ Texco/ Kamart/ Lane Bryant/ PrimeMark etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on all merchandising activities from product development to execution, critical path management, costing.
∎ Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work across multiple functions within the organization to deliver phenomenal products and service to customers to meet assigned KPI’s and organizations long terms objectives.
∎ Good command on English communication (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint).
∎ Strong customer orientation and performance-driven individual. Focus on people development and creating a future-ready front-end team.
∎ Ability to convert challenges to opportunities and deliver projects assignedunder tight deadlines as per business needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate marketing strategies to portray the image of the company in the relevant business circles as an organization of reputation for excellence in manufacturing to attract new businesses.
∎ Build, develop and maintain relations with potential and new customers, and relevant external parties to monitor levels of satisfaction, and continuously take measures to enhance customer service.
∎ Establish product development and cost strategies to achieve economical efficiencies through coordination with Product Development, Design and Development, Sourcing, and other relevant teams.
∎ Carry out product pricing and pricing strategies to attract and develop new business. Supervise the merchandising teams' activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Oversee bid participation, negotiation with buyers and order confirmation in terms of price, quality & lead-time. Monitor production planning, capacity checking, reservation confirmation, weight, and study report in close coordination with IE & Planning team.
∎ Monitor the quality inspection in terms of product & packaging quality and export activities to ensure confirmation from the respective buyer(s) upon receipt.
∎ Manage complaints from the buyer in connection of shortfall or deviation from quality standard by maintaining due process through highest level of service.
