Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, bills, and necessary financial documents.
∎ Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
∎ Manage petty cash and maintain related reports.
∎ Ensure timely submission of tax, VAT, and other regulatory returns.
∎ Support audit processes by preparing necessary documents and reports.
∎ Perform general office administrative tasks such as correspondence, record keeping, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth office operations.
∎ Assist management in daily tasks, reporting, and project coordination as needed.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.Job Context:
