Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Management Accounts, Maintaining books of accounts of the company with Bangladesh Company Act, and other rules and regulations as applicable.Complying with statistical records.To prepare monthly forecasted cash flow & monthly budgeting.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information and ensure Bank Cash and reconciliation on a monthly basis.Prepare the guaranteed income payment.Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.Prepare Foreign Direct investment report.Responsible to Reviewing all the payment voucher AP & Cash payment.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare accounting regulations.Prepare and submit tax returns.Maintain strong internal controls.Collaborate with various hospital departments.Any assigned duty by management.
