Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA and MBA in Accounting/ Finance.
∎ Education in Cost Accounting will get preference.
∎ Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent / Part Qualified with relevant financial experience will get preference.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 3-5 Years of Experience.
∎ Strong knowledge of SAP & Excel.
∎ Self-motivated & adaptable approach.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to effectively work independently as well as within teams.
∎ Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ERP/SAP accurately.
∎ Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
∎ Assist in preparing Knowledge about Processing payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment ,in accordance with all financial regulations. Ensure all payroll taxes and deductions are properly accounted for.
∎ Assist in daily Fund Management and Loan Management by proper monitoring and control.
∎ Thorough knowledge of Statutory Matters like Income Tax, Customs, Excise and VAT related matters.
∎ Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
∎ Analyze cost structures and suggest cost optimization strategies.
∎ Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted financial performance.
