Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance.
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or M.com
∎ Skills Required: Accounts /Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day Accounts operation and reporting, Cash and Bank Management.
∎ Dealing with cash and cash equivalents.
∎ Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records and reconciliation.
∎ Keeping and Filing of vouchers & other documents related payment.
∎ Preparation of vouchers for making payment.
∎ Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices, and day-to-day cash and bank accounts.
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee payments by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in the operation of Accounting software.
∎ Financial Control and accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions.
∎ Manage Petty cash and review and obtain approval for payments and expenses.
∎ Maintaining Compliance with the company policies and rules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic and sound Computer skills especially in MS Word, Excel & Accounting Software.
∎ Should have a good command of English both written and verbal.
Salary: Negotiable
