Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-& Post-audit of vouchers, bills, daily transaction & general ledger etc.
∎ Checking of bank reconciliation with bank statement & general ledger.
∎ Checking of sister concern reconciliation.
∎ Checking of purchase bills.
∎ Checking of procurement process & market verification.
∎ Checking of commission for traders.
∎ Visit the branch & showroom & preparation of audit report.
∎ Checking & reconciling related party transactions.
∎ Reconciling the stock of show room & branch with mushok-11 (ka), 16 & 17.
∎ Checking the monthly & yearly budgets.
∎ Preparation of monthly stock and reconciliation report.
∎ Checking of monthly salary sheet. (Corporate, branch & factory).
∎ Pre-audit of bills and vouchers.
∎ Post-audit of budget, bills etc.
∎ Preparation of monthly receive-payment statement & reports.
∎ Pre and post audit of purchase requisition & store requisition.
∎ Checking of store recording process. (Both manually & from system also).
∎ Checking of procurement process & market verification.
∎ Checking the monthly salary statement.
∎ Checking the final settlement, maternity benefits & leave encashment process.
∎ Preparation of monthly production report.
∎ Preparation of monthly left-over report.
∎ Checking of HR policy & their implementation

∎ Age at most 40 years
