Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance from reputed University.
∎ Part - 1 Intermediate pass of ACCA/ ICMA & CA will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, HR and Admin, HRD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and prepare reports for the Management.
∎ Ensure timely checking of party invoices, employee expenses and other payments and maintains accurate records and control reports.
∎ The applicant should be capable of maintaining/handling the entire accounts including banking functions& Tally/Software independently.
∎ Produce monthly and regular reports from the Accounts for budgetary control, review variance, and other analysis.
∎ Process payments ensuring that the expenses are incurred for the best interest of the company following internal control policies and are adequately documented.
∎ Ensure standard record keeping and process payment.
∎ Take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources.
∎ Facilitate necessary support to project team for smooth operation.
∎ Always be loyal and abide by the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Perform Tax and VAT calculation and submission of monthly return
∎ To performed any other job assigned by the organization as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having HR, Admin and Accounts experience will be given preference
∎ Having experience on accounts
∎ Having organizing capacity and communication skill
∎ Having computer skill (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
∎ Creative in thinking and practice in modern development approach
∎ Cooperative with other team members
∎ Good behavior, open minded and respect to others.
∎ Listening capacity, mentality to work in any difficult environment.
∎ Develop attitude to work with vulnerable children.
∎ Willing to work in grassroots level intensively.
∎ Willing to work extra time as and when required.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
