Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in Accounting/Finance from a recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the project budget and financial resources with good internal control and risk management.
∎ Ensure fund utilisation of the project as per organisational policy, donor and government requirements and as per approved plan and budget for the project.
∎ Ensure all accounting and financial documents, transection history supported with evidence, proper record keeping as per policy and agreement with donor.
∎ Facilitate timely purchase and supply of materials/inputs needed for implementation of the project activities and ensure required compliance in the process.
∎ Review project budget and monitor financial progress to inform project manager of the financial status for necessary actions.
∎ Coordinate with senior management of SKS Foundation on the Finance side to receive necessary guidance and technical advice to deal with fund management, government regulation, reporting and auditing.
∎ Support preparation of NGOAB documents such as FD6/FD7/FC1/FD4 audit report and face both internal and external audits as and when required.
∎ Maintain office filing, inventory and storage systems with proper documentation, security, and accessibility.
∎ Make field visits to see work in progress and take care of day-to-day admin support and payments of bills and vouchers with required supporting documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on project management, procurement process, VAT, Tax, vendor handling, climate change, urban development and flood context is desirable.
∎ Basic knowledge on computer common software in Microsoft especially advance knowledge on MS Excel, Accounts software such as Tally etc is required.
∎ Good communication skills and experience to work with local government specially municipality is desirable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 34219 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Consolidated including festival bonus. Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
