Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Post Graduation in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed institution.
∎ CA/CMA (At least 1200 Marks Completed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing the day-to-day accounts job and preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
∎ Submitting the monthly VAT return, Half yearly withholding tax.
∎ Checking the vendor’s invoices and disburse payment.
∎ Prepare the project accounts and advising on estimates fund requirement for delivering of project shipments.
∎ Prepare the statement of accounts (SOA) for principals.
∎ Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
∎ Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
∎ Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
∎ Examining financial records to check for accuracy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have a proven track record, and should have an experience of around 10-12 years in an NVOCC/Freight forwarding environment in Accounts.
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook;
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management process;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team.
