∎ We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Accounts Executive for Babuland accounts team who is assist our accounts department in their day-to-day activity. This person will be responsible for the quick book posting, different type of accounts-related reporting, company VAT, TAX payment and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Petty cash handling both Head Office & Branch.
∎ Bill verification & posting in software.
∎ Advance adjust and cross-check.
∎ Monthly payable & provision posting.
∎ Payment instrument prepar & posting.
∎ VDS & TDS deduction from the bill.
∎ Online VAT & TAX payment.
∎ VAT office communication.
∎ Monthly receipt & payment reporting.
∎ Valuation of Monthly Closing Inventory.
∎ Monthly Inventory Audit & Report.
∎ Sales & Collection Posting in Quick Book.
∎ Sales & Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Payment instrument prepare & Posting
∎ Approval & Signing Documents from Management
∎ Monthly Consumption Report of Non-Saleable items
∎ Communication with City Corporation related works as like Trade License,
∎ Employee Medical Certificate, Labor License & etc.
∎ Assist and oversee all activities of other Accounts Department members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with Quick Books.
∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel Babuland Branch for audit purposes.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
