Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily patient Bill of ICU, NICU, PICU, indoor, Outdoor & cash collection through software.
∎ Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies, government programs, and patients accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain Daily Cash Book.
∎ Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
∎ Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy.
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance, and providing analysis and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and internal auditors to ensure smooth financial operations and timely completion of audits.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including proper filing and documentation.
∎ Handle inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
∎ Provide patient reports as per requirements.
