∎ Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to prepare weekly and monthly financial performance reports and present them to management
∎ Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and expense tracking
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Must be punctual, responsible, and highly organized
∎ Must maintain strict confidentiality of financial and business data
∎ Good command over both English and Bangla (spoken & written)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations for both restaurant branches
∎ Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly reconciliations
∎ Prepare and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and budgets
∎ Ensure compliance with all tax and financial regulations
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on payment cycles
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow and banking transactions
∎ Implement and maintain financial controls and standard operating procedures
∎ Work closely with the Higher management on financial planning
∎ Prepare reports for audits
∎ Supervise and train junior accounting staff if necessary
∎ We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the complete financial operations of Tudo Restaurant and Manzo Dhaka. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting and inventory management. This is a key leadership position that requires accuracy, integrity, and a hands-on approach to financial management.
