Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Accounts Officer will be responsible for day-to-day financial transaction.
∎ Maintain and record day-to-day factory-related financial transactions including purchases, expenses, and inventory usage.
∎ Manage petty cash and factory-related disbursements with proper documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing salary sheets and processing wages for factory workers in coordination with HR.
∎ Keep records of attendance, overtime, and other benefits.
∎ Maintain proper filing and backup of financial records (hard copy and digital).
∎ Support VAT, TAX, and other statutory compliance relevant to factory transactions.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for submission to government authorities.
∎ Prepare monthly expense budget.
