Accounting, Cost and budget
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Spinning, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Context:
∎ Functional Area: Finance & Accounts
∎ Preferred Business Area Spinning Mills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and processing invoices
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎ Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
∎ Sending bills and invoices to clients
∎ Tracking organization expenses
∎ Processing refunds
∎ Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ Fund, Bill, vouchers, ledger preparation & maintain.
∎ Any job assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard).
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
∎ Ability to analyze data & organize documents/records;
∎ Must be knowledge tally ERP -9 software.
