Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record financial transaction effectively following the accounting standard and practices;
∎ Check daily expenditure, voucher, requisition, and cash/bank Transactions;
∎ Petty Cash Handling.
∎ Keep accounting software (Tally-ERP) up-to-date by posting in the software and checking the accounting data and entry accurately and timely;
∎ Ensure record keeping of all contractual transaction and ensure accurate provisioning accordingly;
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions
∎ and preparing of accounting statements. .
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books
∎ On. daily basis.
∎ Check & monitor all the vouchers.
∎ Recording all transaction like Receive voucher, Payment voucher.
∎ Payment disbursement.
∎ Issue VAT Challan (Musuk-11)
∎ Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments/Textile.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in English speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Have sound knowledge about Ms Word, Ms excel.
∎ Capable to handle high working load and daily report making.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As Per company policy.
