Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Accounts & Finance
∎ Professional Certification: CA (CC) Partly Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording and posting the batches of all daily transactions in the books of accounts/accounting software.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly Financial Statements of the Company. Assist in developing yearly risk based Audit & Inspection plan.
∎ Prepare monthly remuneration, payroll sheet.
∎ Knowledge on the know-how of banking system, works and policy.
∎ Prepare cheque and collect signature as per approved bills/vouchers and maintain cheque register as and when required.
∎ Check appropriateness of transactions, their procedural accuracy and arithmetic accuracy of supporting documents prior to disburse any payment.
∎ Ensure all accounting source documents are accurately preserved and all financial activities/information are kept in a true and fair manner.
∎ Preserve undelivered cheques, counterfoil carefully for future audit and inform the authority about the pending cheques.
∎ Reconcile daily cash with Cash certificate and check bank balance with books of accounts at the end of the month and prepare bank reconciliation.
∎ Calculate and deduct VAT and Tax from the incoming invoices as per Govt. rule.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by the authorities.
