Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com / MBA (Accounts & Finance) in any reputed public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all kind petty cash expenses and properly recording systems.
∎ Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments.
∎ Proper knowledge of banking operation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/ vouchers for vendors and other expenses
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register.
∎ Maintain Petty cash and reimbursement regular basis with head office.
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book.
∎ Checking various cash disbursement through approval process.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the management
∎ Must have knowledge about VAT and Taxes.
∎ Verification and control of inventory movement and consumption.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS office package specially in MS Excel.
∎ Accounting knowledge with ERP software like Tally ERP.9
∎ Prepare monthly salary statement
∎ Maintain corporate client with bill prepare and collection
∎ Prepare discount and refund statement monthly basis and sent to head office.
∎ Maintain and checking general and reagent store materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Accounting & Finances.
∎ Must have 5-10 years experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Festival Bonus: 03 (Yearly) as per company Policy.
∎ Yearly Increment as per company Policy.
∎ Medical as per company Policy.
