∎ Well-developed oral and written ability.
∎ Advanced drafting, proofreading and editing skills.
∎ Ability to learn new tasks quickly and cover new roles/requirements at short notice.
∎ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
∎ Reliable with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context
∎ University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC) is searching energetic, having sound knowledge in accounts and finance with good academic records as an Accounts Officer.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ To maintain all necessary books of accounts for respective institution as assigned.
∎ To prepare and deliver various analytical reports as required by authority.
∎ To have enough knowledge and experience on maintaining cash book, banking, proper knowledge on VAT & Tax, vendor payment, maintaining accounts receivable, payable etc.
∎ To ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) financial statements and analysis of financial data and presents it to respective authority.
∎ To be willing to work under pressure.
∎ To have excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
