Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide administrative and operational support for the organization of events, exhibitions, and conferences.
∎ Manage event-related documentation, schedules, and logistics (venue bookings, transportation, accommodation, equipment, and consumables).
∎ Maintain and update the event calendar, track deadlines, and monitor task statuses.
∎ Ensure all preparation tasks are completed according to event checklists.
∎ Act as a liaison between contractors, participants, and internal departments.
∎ Assist in the recruitment of temporary event staff, including organizing interviews and communicating with candidates.
∎ Prepare and maintain event-related documents, presentations, lists, tables, and reports.
∎ Collect post-event feedback and compile analytical reports for continuous improvement.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field preferred.
∎ Proven experience (2 years) in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in events, exhibitions, or conference management.
∎ Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate minimum) – ability to handle business correspondence and oral communication.
∎ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
∎ Stress-resistant and adaptable to dynamic work conditions.
∎ Experience working with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
∎ Knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking for events.

This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, external contractors, and participants while maintaining organized documentation, schedules, and post-event reporting. ∎ Key Responsibilities
