∎ Assist in managing and coordinating the work of partner managers.
∎ Foster a productive environment to maximize partner engagement and satisfaction.

∎ Streamline and enhance partner interaction processes at all stages of collaboration.
∎ Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in partner relations.
∎ Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of partner programs.
∎ Prepare data-driven insights to support decision-making.
∎ Liaise with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) on partnership-related matters.

∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and accounting systems.
