∎ Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
∎ Excellent written communication skills for reports, emails, and process documentation.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain workflow efficiency.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization and team performance.
∎ Experience in sales training or coaching is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead management systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing and coordinating the work of sales managers to maximize productivity.
∎ Foster a positive and motivating work environment to support the achievement of sales targets.
∎ Monitor and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage.
∎ Develop, refine, and implement effective sales scripts and strategies.
∎ Continuously assess and enhance sales processes for better efficiency and results.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales data.
∎ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
∎ Generate reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
