Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To select the target group from the community and enroll them in the program
∎ Maintain a register of the participants with more details and motivate them to attend the session regularly.
∎ Capture the relevant module, IEC materials, other documents and take preparation for facilitation.
∎ Responsible for Day-to-day data collection, prepare reports and submit to proper channel as per requirement.
∎ Analyses the pre and post-test results and provides additional support to the respective individuals.
∎ Should take part in mobilization activities for the caregivers and community people.
∎ Work on socialization, visualization, and showcasing.
∎ Purpose of the job:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a national development organization in Bangladesh that has been working in the public health sector over 32 years and currently implementing different projects around the country. PHD intends to hire one competent ‘Adolescent Facilitator’ for proposed Community Based Maternal, Neonatal Sexual & Reproductive Health Program (MNRHP) for the Rohingya & Host Community, of Cox’s Bazar district.
