Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall implementation and overseeing the Prevention of Early Marriage program,
∎ Work very closely with the A & Y unit of UNFPA to deliver the output of the targeted interventions on ASRH. Researching and analyzing the existing tools and contributing to developing culturally appropriate ASRH tools and training materials for small-scale research under the technical guidance of the A & Y unit of UNFPA.
∎ Establish and maintain a reporting mechanism that includes designing of M&E, documentation of each step, and creating innovative actions through this intervention.
∎ Develop a Separate ASRH curriculum from other available ASRH tools along with KOBO questionnaires for collecting baseline and end-line data.
∎ Capacity building training with adolescent facilitators on ASRH sessions.
∎ Participating in the different sectoral meetings to represent ASRH needs and challenges based on the evidence.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and activity-wise reports, case studies and submit to A & Y unit.
∎ Completes day-to-day data analysis, data validation and verification, assessment of gaps, and provides technical support to field-level staff.
∎ Completes any other tasks as assigned by management.
∎ Any other tasks deemed necessary to achieve the project objectives according to the request of higher authority.
∎ Purpose of the job:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a national development organization in Bangladesh that has been working in the public health sector over 32 years and currently implementing different projects around the country. PHD intends to hire one competent ‘Adolescent Supervisor’ for proposed Community Based Maternal, Neonatal Sexual & Reproductive Health Program (MNRHP) for the Rohingya & Host Community, of Cox’s Bazar district.
∎ Major Areas of Responsibilities:
