Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS, master's in public health or relevant area.
∎ Post-graduation training and clinical experience in providing SRH services will be considered as asset.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years' experience conducting clinical training, capacity building and assessments.
∎ Experiences in SRH program especially family planning MR and PAC services.
∎ Experience working in a clinical environment.
∎ Skilled in training designing, training conduction and monitoring
∎ Good experience in coordination with different stakeholders
∎ Understanding and experiences about public health systems of Bangladesh especially in-depth understanding about urban health service delivery mechanism is essential.
∎ Previous experience of managing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
∎ Competency in program budgeting and budget management
∎ Computer skill: proficiency in MS Office and data management
∎ Good professional writing skills in English and Bangla
∎ Scientific publications will be considered as an added qualification.
Salary:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh will offer an annual salary of BDT 1,950,000 - 1,965,600 and other benefits as per organizational policies. Benefit includes:
