∎ LLB/LLM from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land issue handling, Land Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
∎ To support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc.
∎ To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ To understand land category changing process (Industrial, Agricultural, Viti, Null, Bari, Nala, Doba etc.)
∎ To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc.
∎ To source potential lands and effectively negotiate with vendors or landowners to ensure the lands
∎ To monitor land related legal issues and keep records up to date

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Bar Council Membership is required
∎ Strong Communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good knowledge on Law of Land
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners
∎ Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important
∎ Familiarity with local & International law

Salary: Negotiable
