∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 03 years of relevant work experience and ample experience in legal & land management.
∎ Good knowledge of land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, land-related papers/documents, and other assets.
∎ Understand all land-related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, mutation, deed, via deed, etc.) Good Liaison / Communication Skills with Govt. & Non-Govt. personnel / Officers.
∎ Knowledge of the Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and labour law.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English & Bangla.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Submission of Customs Manifest Reconciliation System.
∎ Receive feedback, identify users’ needs & requirements, and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria.
∎ Maintenance of permit records and generate monthly permit records.
∎ Document plans, requests, activities and specifications and report on them.
∎ Oversee and coordinate telecommunications activities.
∎ Cooperate with management to develop staff and improve their skills.
∎ Follow the industry’s standards and best practices.
∎ Filing of documents and uploading documents to the in-house system.
∎ All other duties are assigned from time to time.

The incumbent will be responsible to oversee and handle all legal & land functions, provide legal advice as & when required. Who will share with us our pride and support our continuous growth. Manage functions of land, its legal management, litigation (Civil/ Criminal/ Corporate), coordinate and manage external legal counsel, contract management, legal operations.
