∎ Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess knowledge of exteriors and interiors, 3D preparation and animations with working experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, Illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ Prepared detailed architectural drawings for all types of project such as residential, commercial and create architectural visualization.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building usage and environment impact.
∎ Visit the site resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate / Residential & Commercial space, Architectural firm.
∎ Key initiative planning and execution
∎ Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
∎ Strategic Thinking & creative development
∎ Strong imagination and ability to think & create in three dimensions
∎ Member of IAB.
