∎ Qualified Charted Accountant /FCA/ MBA -Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing.
∎ Must know about corporate finance, composite finance, SME finance, LC, LTR, UPAS LC, CC, Bank Guarantee, Business loans, Car loans, Personal Loan, Home Loans, all kinds of term loans, funded or non-funded finance, etc.
∎ Knowledge of GFET, import/export policy, TBML, CRM Policy, relevant circulars and guidelines (external and internal), loan documentation, etc.
∎ Proven track record in the role of senior financial leadership.
∎ Should be knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards, Bank management, Audit Firms, International Accounting Standards, The Companies Act, The Banking Companies Act, Tax Ordinance, VAT Act, Laws, regulations & and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission and other related laws.
∎ Should have a good connection with NBR/Govt. Taxation Department.
∎ Should have good knowledge is companies' Act & RJSC matters.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze financial statements, and prepare reports and recommendations to Top Management concerning financial performance.·
∎ Costing, Fund Management, Payroll Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, CapEx analysis, New project analysis, Audit, Cost Control, Asset Management, Feasibility study, and management reports.
∎ Payment of Income Tax, VAT, and other taxes in a planned manner to avoid any inconveniences is necessary to stop fraud, forgery and any potential money misuse and must ensure the safety, security, and preservation of all documents relating to accounts, including Cheque books.
∎ Factory Performance Evaluation and efficiency analysis.
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance with all Laws, Rules, and regulations.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & and maximize gain.
∎ Designing, implementing, controlling and supervising all types of finance, accounts & and costing matters complaining regulatory policies procedures, preparing updated MIS various reports, profit margin reports, and bank reconciliation for the management and BODs.
∎ Coordinate in preparation of annual budget, and Banking liability & overdue statement prepare.
∎ Assure books/records and system are kept according to accounting standards.
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis.
∎ Manage the accounting, revenue collection, billing, banks, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Supervise the activities of financial management staff in monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
∎ Financial Reporting: Supervise and monitor the preparation of financial statements, reports and forecasts to ensure their regularity and reliability. Establish accounts and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly and annual basis and presented on time to the CEO.
∎ Should have good liaison/connections with banks.
∎ Annual business plan.
∎ Group/Company/Departmental budgeting.
∎ Fund allocation as per budget/Quarterly budget follow up.
∎ Oversee Export/Import/LC/Subsidy issues.
∎ Payable management/Receivable management.
∎ Initiating and tuning policy on financial issues.
∎ Ensuring and submit P/L account company wise.
∎ Knowledge of Govt, Statutory Law & Rules.·
∎ Exposure to ESG norms.
∎ This position is accountable for the entire financial and risk management operations of the companies, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
