Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee the entire sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to align with sales objectives.

∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance sales growth and market share.
