Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting. CA (intermediate) is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement on monthly, Half-yearly and annually; Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Statement.
∎ Ensuring accuracy of all accounting data recording on Quickbooks Software on daily basis.
∎ Take the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.)
∎ Follow up Payment disbursement (Cash, Cheque etc).
∎ Supervising & Maintaining the Fixed Assets, Inventories, Accounts Receivable and payable etc.
∎ Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
∎ Take the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related matters.
∎ Closely liaison with Bank and other Regulatory Authorities.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Tax, VAT & Customs Duty.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability and accuracy
∎ Must have skilled in Microsoft word & Excel and basic internet browsing.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software (Quickbooks).
∎ Should have ability to work under time pressure & should be a good team player.
Salary: Negotiable
