Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Preferably Charted Accountants
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1)Management reporting to the parent company regarding profitability, inflow generation, creditors position, due from parent company (Trade receivables) and worker's payments
∎ 2) Preparation and finalization of statutory financial statements for audit in compliance with BAS/BFRS, Companies Act 1994 and general guidelines of the parent company.
∎ 3) Communication with statutory and Group auditors for audit and other assignments
∎ 4) Preparation of Annual Business Plan (operational budget) for the next financial year covering all overheads and inflows, finalization in consultation with top management, updating the budget in SAP and ensuring its proper implementation throughout the organization.
∎ 5) Budgetary control to ensure actual expenses are in line with the annual budget, weekly and monthly variance analysis of actual and budgeted costs with proper explanations
∎ 6) Ensuring proper internal controls are in place and functioning effectively
∎ 7) Fund/ Cash Flow management and forecasting for forward cover/ option booking
∎ 8) Preparation of projected financial statements for outside stakeholders.
∎ 9) Ensuring applicable laws/regulations/ compliance are met with related to minimum wages etc.
