∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management. Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office. Commercial Banking for all type of LCs (UPAS, SBLC, SLC, BBLC, DLC).
∎ Knowledge about Funded and Non-Funded Liabilities. Proposal making for Bank loan for composite credit facilities.
∎ Project profile making, Projected Financial report making. Persuasion with Bank and NBFI.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
