Operating knowledge about Fast React or other similar software, Production planning, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedule, line plan, T&A as well as engineering procedures in order to achieve meet shipment deadline and higher productivity
∎ Control excessive overtime as well as practice best use of man & machine in order proceed towards lean management
∎ Monitor & supervise fast-react operation for preparing production/line plan & also follow up the same
∎ Leads a planning team which is responsible for organization capacity planning and share the same with management
∎ Receives order projection & confirmation detail from marketing & merchandising
∎ Communicates with marketing & merchandising team regarding capacity fulfilment
∎ Plan & publish monthly production schedule
∎ Prepare micro planning for each & every process across value stream
∎ Prepare & present KPI related data such as planned quantity VS achievement, planned efficiency VS achieved efficiency etc
∎ Follow up TNA & ensure tracking, monitoring and executing of the orders
∎ Follow up and make sure availability of required man, machine & materials timely as style feeding plan
