Job Responsibilities:
∎ ## Process Audit:
∎ Accountable for the development and coordination of internal auditing plan & activities.
∎ Develop, implement & review internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Work for pre-audit & Post Audit.
∎ Report on internal control issue with corrective action and suggest improvement according to management advice.
∎ Able to follow up the earlier audit findings & development.
∎ Able to report on discrepancy reporting on various issues including store, production process as well as financial matter.
∎ ## MIS/ERP:
∎ Knowledge on ERP & MIS system so that benefit from ERP can be taken.
∎ Able to design new work flow/ process and experience in process re-engineering.
∎ Able to write SOP/RULE.
∎ Able to implement ERP systematically.
∎ Production Process
∎ Sound Knowledge on Knit composite.
∎ Knowledge on production process, process costing and process wise accountability.
∎ Prepare pre-cost sheet & Post cost sheet for knit garments.
∎ Should have knowledge on Time & Action plan and Knit garments order executing process.
∎ Able to develop systematic control mechanism in knit composite.
∎ ## Leadership:
∎ Able to develop team beyond environment.
∎ Job allocation & bringing team member under accountability though performance.
∎ Any other task assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge about MS office, Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Good leadership skill.
