Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.
∎ Ensure Quality in whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a composite knit Garment.
∎ Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department
∎ Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
∎ To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ Other task will be assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge on management.
∎ Excellent Leadership
∎ Should have knowledge on Compliance.
∎ Strong understanding & communication Skill.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Mail Communication.
∎ Excellent Capacity Communication with Management
