Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the garment industry; at least 3–5 years in a senior role.
∎ Proven experience in implementing and managing QMS in a factory setting.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Garment manufacturing (knit preferred).
∎ Familiarity with international quality standards, AQL procedures, and third-party inspections.
∎ Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
∎ Hands-on experience with audit preparation and buyer protocol adherence.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with buyer and international standards.
∎ Monitor and control the full quality process—inline, end-line, and final inspections—to ensure defect-free shipment.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory floor using QMS principles and tools like 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA.
∎ Lead internal quality audits and prepare for external audits from buyers and third parties (GMP, QAFA, FCCA, FA, ISO-QMS etc.).
∎ Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams to minimize quality issues and maximize efficiency.
∎ Oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality defects.
∎ Train, supervise, and mentor quality assurance and quality control teams to build a skilled and proactive workforce.
∎ Establish quality KPIs, track performance, and generate regular QMS-based reports for management review.
∎ Ensure buyer compliance by aligning product quality standards with AQL and international benchmarks.
∎ Maintain detailed QMS documentation, SOPs, and audit trails.
∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven AGM – Quality / Senior Manager – Quality to lead our Quality Department in a dynamic Garment Manufacturing Environment. The ideal candidate will oversee all quality assurance processes and ensure a robust Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and continuously improved to meet both buyer requirements and international standards.
