Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical ability, Brand Planning/ Development, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply, Sales Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishing growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team with the hands on leadership quality.
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Understand the company's ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining regional sales system improvements.
∎ Meets regional sales financial objectives by requirements forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and product, packaging and service changes.
∎ Surveying consumer needs, trends and tracking competitors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Dedication to providing great customer service.
∎ Ability to lead a sale team.
∎ Good command in both bangla english language
Salary: Negotiable
