Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing dyeing, finishing & printing Knit fabrics for 10-ton (per day) capacity of dyeing floor, 10 ton finishing & 5 ton printing.
∎ Manage sub-contract program for idle Dyeing, Finishing & Printing machine (AOP) as per requirement.
∎ Sub contract dyeing, finishing & printing Plan & follow up.
∎ The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all types of knit garments, dyeing, printing, printing colors, and chemical uses, as well as an understanding of brand chemicals used in various current products ordered for the buyers.
∎ Should be capable to correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow up production.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules considering Target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ Interacting with parties on technical support and commercial/pricing matters prior discussion with superiors.
∎ Responding customer/parties in technical issue after discussing with department head.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with the dyeing, finishing & printing production and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Sub contract dyeing, finishing & printing Plan & follow up.
∎ Communicates with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production per day, quality etc.
∎ Ensures sub-contract factory signs terms & conditions accordingly.
∎ Regularly visits sub- contract factories to monitor production & capacity.
∎ Performs reconciliation of each work order.
∎ Creates database (e.g., machine detail, rate, availability etc.) of dying subcontract factories.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of Knit Fabric Dyeing, Printing and Finishing.
∎ Make sales and marketing strategy and execute it.
∎ Prepare the customer database and make sales improvement plan.
∎ Monitoring the sales target.
∎ Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions.
∎ Forecast sales volumes and prepare action plan accordingly.
∎ Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection.
∎ Ability to handle and communicate with top management of supplier's and buyers.
∎ Should have knowledge about sourcing.
∎ Ability to execute the customer orders from the factory.
Salary: Negotiable
