∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing, IE, Industrial & Production Engineering, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ Experience with a reputed knit garments Industries & independently handle & implement of work study method.
∎ Must be experience handle in 140 line garment unit.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities of IE & Work Study Dept.
∎ Control Excessive overtime , reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
∎ Develop SMV data bank, Machine layout, Line layout & organize the line setup.
∎ Improve Individual efficiency, productivity , Proper solving method, Reduce line gap, WIP, Bottleneck & line balancing for optimum output.
∎ Best Practice to improve productivity of Method study, Capacity study, production study has to ensure.Set other assignment by the management time to time.
∎ Ability to prepare production plan as well as line plan.
∎ Analysis of production alter,reject,rework & report to the Management.
∎ Other task will be assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must hold the excellence of analytical mind and proactive to identify problems and proposing solutions.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills , action oriented approach to work and decision making.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic , well organized , self driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
∎ Applicant who are staying in Narayangoanj will be preferred
