∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Fabric & technical knowledge (Sewing, Finishing, Cutting).
∎ Must be proficient in English & Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Strong knowledge of woven garments production processes, machinery, and equipment.
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills.
∎ Communication & collaboration, critical thinking & problem solving, and adaptability.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generating Operation Bulletin considering automation, and ensuring machine layout accordingly.
∎ Analyzing bottlenecks and taking immediate solutions.
∎ Ensuring manpower as per plan, utilization of planned manpower, considering budgeted efficiency.
∎ Ensuring MMR as per company’s yearly target.
∎ Considering automation during the completion of Operation Bulletin and ensuring follow-up.
∎ Conducting monthly skill inventory, analyzing gaps and ensuring training.
∎ Ensuring multi-skill training program for workers, and on the job training for staff & workers.
∎ Ensuring process development & standardization, controlling costs and minimizing waste.
∎ Analyzing NPT & taking immediate action to reduce NPT.
∎ Allocating jobs for subordinates & monitoring their progress.
∎ Conducting risk analysis meeting.Ensuring consumption for sewing threads & trims.
∎ Ensuring costing SMV for the Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Ensure efficiency in cutting, sewing, and finishing as per company’s target.
∎ Achieving weekly and monthly KPI targets.
