Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Forecasting, and Meeting Sales and downstream business targets: Ensure periodic (Daily, Monthly, quarterly & Yearly) sales target - dealer-wise / model-wise for the Zone, Region, and Territory using seasonality /market trends protecting Brand interest/market share through team & dealerships.
∎ BTL /ATL Plan and execution towards the results and review mechanism by weekly, Monthly PDCA through team & dealerships
∎ Monitor the inquiry generation through various sources and drive improvements in conversion ratios thus increasing the inquiry funnel and monitoring sales processes & ensuring conversion and improving monthly, quarterly, and yearly through team and dealerships.
∎ Drive volumes and target achievement (segment-wise and product-wise) through network and sales team and hence achieve targeted Market share for each segment through team and dealerships.
∎ Develop relationships with financiers and bankers and ensure dealer capital for stock and fund rotation across dealerships through the team.
∎ Driving entire team and channel management relationship through regular interactions, resolving dealer issues, and supporting dealer business through resource allocations - manpower/ budgets /activities, etc. driving the retail, Billing collection daily /weekly / Monthly and progression.
∎ Conduct monthly performance reviews and PDCA of dealer business plans through DP and dealer sales team & internal team to ensure proper utilization of dealer resources infrastructure, working capital, manpower, etc.
∎ Anticipate future dealership needs, predict foreseen and unforeseen risks, and prepare counter actions Work closely with the dealership to improve profitability.
∎ Timely Submission and coordination with the regional finance team in the settlement of dealer claims.
∎ Coordination with the logistics department for timely billing and dispatches to avoid delays in deliveries and retail lows.
∎ Identifying training needs of team members and dealer sales team and providing training to team members on new models/processes when required Based on low performance & low SSI score identity required training needs and need to hand hold them for better performance and also ensure overall productivity & protecting business interest.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred industries for this position are Automobile, Multinational companies, Telecommunication, FMCG, MFS, Beverage, Insurance, etc.
