Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
∎ Develop and implement pricing strategies for custom printing and packaging solutions.
∎ Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
∎ Manage relationships with major clients to ensure consistent growth in order volumes.
∎ Work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide innovative packaging solutions.
∎ Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
∎ Assist in leading and managing the sales team to ensure seamless execution of plans.
∎ Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior sales personnel to enhance their performance.
∎ Set clear goals and performance metrics for the sales team.
∎ Streamline and improve sales processes, including quotation preparation, order confirmation, and delivery follow-up.
∎ Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and improve efficiency.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences and identify emerging industry trends.
