Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop annual and quarterly sales plans for fish feed products.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Set team targets (volume, revenue, margin) and monitor performance.
∎ Lead, coach, and motivate the Fisheries Sales & Technical team.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and field coaching.
∎ Ensure effective coordination between sales and technical functions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and large-scale fish farmers.
∎ Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and technical issues.
∎ Organize customer workshops, farm demonstrations, and trainings.
∎ Monitor on‑farm trials and collect feedback for product improvement.
∎ Liaise with R&D and Quality teams to ensure product quality and innovation.
∎ Oversee order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
∎ Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to Head of S&M.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget, including promotional & customer‑engagement expenses.
∎ Track and optimize spend to maximize ROI on sales activities.
∎ The AGM/DGM – Sales & Technical (Fish Feed) will develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s fish feed business, lead and mentor the fisheries sales team, and provide technical support to customers. This role ensures achievement of volume, revenue, margin, and customer‑satisfaction targets through coordinated sales and technical service initiatives.
