∎ Diploma/ Vocational in agriculture from Agriculture training institute.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have aptitude in participating physically in field label working by hand and tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cantidate must have responsible for agricultural production of rice, wheat, vegetables and fruits on 7 (seven) Acre private agro complex. The candidate must must have experience and habit of doing work by hand and tools at the field.
∎ Responsible for healthy maintenance of livestock such as cattles, goats, chickens & ducks.
∎ Responsible for fish farming in pond.
∎ Work on maximizing agricultural output across full stretch of 7 (seven) acre land.
∎ Ensure highest yield of crops, fruits and vegetables in an organic but modern method of farming.
∎ Grow seasonal vegetables that will be high in yield with the target of maximizing profit at the time of sale.
∎ Use modern methods of livestock farming that ensures highest growth for cattles.
∎ The candidate must be stationed in the project area dormitory.
